目的范圍:利用罐式煅燒爐加熱處理即煅燒石油焦,達到質量要求。主要包括煅燒給料、罐式爐煅燒系統(tǒng),煅后焦運送設備。
一、 技術條件
1. 首層火道溫度1150~1300℃,負壓10~30Pa。12pa
2. 三層或四層火道溫度1150~1300℃,負壓20~80Pa。60pa
3. 煙道平均溫度不大于800℃,個別測點不大于1000℃,帶余熱鍋爐的煙道溫度不大于300℃。
4. 排料罐冷卻水出口溫度低于60℃,鍛后焦排出料的溫度要低于250℃。
5. 煅后焦的真密度不小于2.04g/cm3 ,粉末電阻率不大于650Ω.mm /m,揮發(fā)分小于0.5%,灰分小于0.6%,水分小于0.5%。
二、生產操作
1. 正常生產情況下,每班定時加料,保持爐頭上有料封嚴, 不允許出現空爐頭現象。
2. 根據煅后焦質量情況調整排料量,要勤排少排, 使爐內料處于經常移動狀態(tài),兩次排料的間隔時間不大于10分鐘。
3. 經常清理揮發(fā)分總道、豎道,保持其暢通。充分利用揮發(fā)分, 盡量使其在首層和二層火道燃燒。設有余熱鍋爐的才允許多余的揮發(fā)分在末層火道燃燒。
4. 在停電、停水、停排煙機或無原料時,應停止排料, 料面高度要在爐脖之上。短時間停產(1~2天)時,火道溫度保持在1000℃以上,停產三天以上, 火道溫度保持在900±20℃間保溫。
5. 調溫過程中要定時檢查火道內燃燒情況,根據溫度變化及時調整燃料和空氣配比,及時處理火道堵塞及漏風。
三、 設備檢查:
設備螺絲固定緊固、煅燒爐水箱有無漏水、破碎排料設備運轉正常、振動輸送及提升設備正常、各潤滑點潤滑情況良好、各電機及軸承溫度不得超過60℃。

4. The cooling water outlet temperature of the discharge tank is lower than 60℃, and the temperature of the coke discharged after forging should be lower than 250℃.
5. The true density of the calcined coke is not less than 2.04g/cm3, the powder resistivity is not more than 650Ω.mm/m, the volatile content is less than 0.5%, the ash content is less than 0.6%, and the moisture content is less than 0.5%.
2. Production operation
1. Under normal production conditions, add materials at regular intervals in each shift, keep the material on the furnace head sealed tightly, and do not allow the phenomenon of empty furnace head.
2. Adjust the discharge amount according to the quality of the calcined coke, and discharge less frequently, so that the material in the furnace is in a state of frequent movement, and the interval between two discharges is not more than 10 minutes.
3. Frequently clean volatile sub-channels and vertical channels to keep them unblocked. Make full use of the volatile matter, and try to make it burn in the first and second floors. Only the waste heat boiler is allowed to burn the excess volatile matter in the fire channel of the last layer.
4. When the power is cut off, the water is cut off, the smoke exhauster is stopped, or there is no raw material, the discharge should be stopped, and the height of the material surface should be above the furnace neck. When production is stopped for a short period of time (1 to 2 days), the temperature of the fire channel should be kept above 1000℃, and the temperature of the fire channel should be kept at 900±20℃ for more than three days.
5. During the temperature adjustment process, check the combustion situation in the fire channel regularly, adjust the fuel and air ratio in time according to temperature changes, and deal with the blockage of the fire channel and air leakage in time.
3. Equipment inspection:
The equipment screws are fixed and tightened, the water tank of the calciner is leaking, the crushing and discharging equipment is operating normally, the vibration conveying and lifting equipment is normal, the lubrication of each lubrication point is in good condition, and the temperature of each motor and bearing should not exceed 60℃.
