一、目的范圍:用振動成型方法將糊料制成生陽極塊。主要由成型給料系統(tǒng)、成型機、冷卻輸送系統(tǒng)組成。
二、成型采用三工位振動成型機,成型后經(jīng)懸鏈進入冷卻水池,出塊時,檢查表面質(zhì)量,不合格的不進入下一道工序。
三、技術(shù)條件
1.成型溫度:160±5℃。
2.振動時間:50~90秒。
3. 振動幅度:2~3mm。
4. 正常生產(chǎn)時偏心塊偏心角90°、105°、135°,轉(zhuǎn)速1800轉(zhuǎn)/分。
5.生塊體積密度:1.60g/cm 以上。
6. 炭塊尺寸:1520×790×550±15mm、重量:1030Kg。
7. 產(chǎn)能:15~25塊/小時。
四 、 操作前檢查
1.設(shè)備啟動前應(yīng)清除轉(zhuǎn)換檔板、振動給料機、稱量漏斗、壓頭上附著的料。
2. 檢查液壓油箱油位是否達到規(guī)定要求,油箱內(nèi)嚴禁雜物混入,液壓系統(tǒng)嚴禁漏油,打開液壓油箱的冷卻閥門。
3. 檢查懸鏈各部件是否正常運行,潤滑是否正常。
4.成型機各注油部位都要注設(shè)計維護規(guī)程要求使用的對號潤滑油。
5.控制室內(nèi)設(shè)定好稱量漏斗稱料量,設(shè)定好振動時間。
6.檢查炭塊冷卻水池內(nèi)水的液位,打開冷卻水補充閥門。
7.設(shè)備運行前,對模具、重錘進行預(yù)熱。
五、生產(chǎn)操作
1.成型機的操作在成型控制室內(nèi)進行,分為自動和手動兩種控制,在檢修試車時,一定采用手動操作,正常生產(chǎn)時采用自動操作。
2.懸鏈系統(tǒng)可在現(xiàn)場操作箱上進行單體操作,也可以自控運行。
3.在開始生產(chǎn)時,糊料可能不合格,應(yīng)將不合格料排出,不進入振型機內(nèi),糊料經(jīng)檢查合格后進入成型機成型。
4.成型操作應(yīng)與混捏中控經(jīng)常取得聯(lián)系,注意瀝青用量,混捏溫度。
5.在生產(chǎn)操作中,應(yīng)嚴密注視設(shè)備各部位運轉(zhuǎn)情況及模擬板上的指示燈,注意電壓、電流、液壓溫度、壓縮空氣、冷卻水流量及壓力等是否正常。
6.液壓油應(yīng)保持在30~40℃,不得超過50℃。
7. 棒孔內(nèi)的冷卻水應(yīng)清理干凈。

Four, check before operation

2. Check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank meets the specified requirements. It is strictly forbidden to mix in the oil tank, and the hydraulic system is strictly forbidden to leak oil. Open the cooling valve of the hydraulic oil tank.
3. Check whether the various parts of the catenary are operating normally and whether the lubrication is normal.
4. Each oil injection part of the molding machine must be filled with the corresponding lubricants required by the design and maintenance regulations.
5. Set the weighing funnel weighing volume in the control room, and set the vibration time.
6. Check the water level in the carbon block cooling pool and open the cooling water replenishment valve.
7. Before operation of the equipment, preheat the mold and the heavy hammer.
Five, production operation
1. The operation of the molding machine is carried out in the molding control room, which is divided into automatic and manual control. Manual operation must be used during maintenance and test run, and automatic operation during normal production.
2. The catenary system can be operated individually on the on-site operation box, or it can be operated automatically.
3. At the beginning of production, the paste may be unqualified. The unqualified material should be discharged and not enter the vibrating machine. The paste will enter the molding machine after passing the inspection.
4. The molding operation should always contact the mixing and kneading control, pay attention to the amount of asphalt and the mixing temperature.
5. In the production operation, you should closely watch the operating conditions of each part of the equipment and the indicator lights on the analog board, and pay attention to whether the voltage, current, hydraulic temperature, compressed air, cooling water flow and pressure are normal.
6. The hydraulic oil should be kept at 30-40°C, not more than 50°C.
7. The cooling water in the rod hole should be cleaned up.
